Phone Call: Left a voice message saying her clients at the Monroe Medical Art property are affected by property taking for I-69. She was told we are working with the I-69 developer for utility relocation work and wants to make sure their water and sewer will be taken care of.

I returned her call and told her their water services are off of a 16" water main maintained by CBU on Fullerton Pike. We are working with the I-69 developer to relocate this infrastructure. I also told her their property is served by a private lift station and 2" force main and that is not the responsibility of CBU and she will have to work with the developer/INDOT if it requires relocation. I sent her a GIS map showing their water and sewer utilities.
