Other: The house at 1413 W 11th st has been abandoned by the owner for months and is unsafe to the neighborhood. There are animals living inside and years worth of trash in the back yard. Toilets, tires, carpeting, insulation, etc. If he is not forced to remedy the situation he will leave it like this indefinitely. Please help!
