Traffic Signals:
Other: Intersection of Winslow and Henderson. The left turn light for traffic traveling west bound on Winslow to turn south bound on Henderson activates when there is not a car waiting to turn left. I have seen this twice this week at approximately 6:45 - 6:50 am.
