Other: my dog was attacked by my neighbor's loose husky three times in a long block while they were unable to catch or restrain the dog. I believe this dog to be dangerous and aggressive, and I do not believe it should be off leash at any time. I am a cancer patient and do not have the power to fight off an aggressive animal, and do not believe I should have to stop walking in my neighborhood to accommodate this animal. I complained by letter to the owners immediately after the incident (I have oral cancer and I can not speak). They told me the dog is not aggressive, so clearly, they do not understand my point of view, and doubtless, do not intend to keep the animal restrained.
