resident has been notified that they are illegally dumping in the container @ 6th & walnut. found their trash in there again on 12/15. first letter was sent to them on 12/3. thanks.

Called Leigh Hays, asked if she had the trash they'd found. She said not any more; she sent a copy of the found trash with the 2nd letter to the tenants. Issued ticket for illegal dumping. Leigh sent me a copy of the letter. Saved in I:\common\204 N. Walnut Street apt. A Illegal Dumping. Issued ticket for illegal dumping to that address.
