Other: There is a huge pot hole on the junction of Morton and 10th that wasn't there before and it only showed up after the road was closed on Friday. The pothole was so huge that it damaged the wheel cover of my car which is now affecting the tire pressure on that side of the wheel. I believe this wasn't my fault and now I'm suffering the consequences.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.
CBU supervisor transferred a water service on 10-08-2014. Hole was filled in with stone same day. And was concreted over on Friday 10/17/2014. I called customer and gave her Risk Dept. phone number for her damaged wheel cover complaint.
Joe checked this and was a water main break for Utilities.
