Other: This is in reference to Case #141772. I should have been more detailed. You tested the pressure at 48PSI which confirms my test as I had a similar reading which I understand is acceptable while on the low end. My flow rate is not acceptable. I'm getting at best 3GPM from fixtures that should be delivering 5 to 6 GPM. Can you test flow rate at the meter? Thank you!
