Cliff changed the content manager on Nov the 3rd to preserve the "option of "view full site". This should make Jeannette's issues no longer a problem. I emailed Jeannette about the fix.
Other: If one goes to your website on an iPad, and clicks on the "view full site" link, it takes you to the home page of the non-mobile site. BUT if you click on anything on that page, it takes you back to the mobile site. If your mobile site included everything that is on the regular site, that wouldn't really be a problem, but your mobile site is very difficult to use, contact information is virtually nonexistent, and if you give the option of non-mobile, then it should actually work. I have been completely unable to locate an email address for Animal Control, because it doesn't seem to be on the mobile site at all.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 9 days have already passed.
