Just talked to Kelley. Residents of a rental unit at Tapps Turn and David Drive are driving expensive sports cars down the street at excessive speeds. BPD has received two complaints from Kelley - October 24 and 29 - and talked to renters. Behavior is continuing. Will talk to BPD to follow up. Will recommend a speed trap.

Returned Kelley's phone call. As soon as we've had an opportunity to chat, I will provide an update in the system and assign work as needed.
