Other: To Whom it May Concern: I am not reporting a problem, however, I have a question/request. As of December 1st my current lease will expire and possession of the property will return to the property holder. I would like to know the proper steps that I need to take that would remove the water bill from my name and place it back into the leasing agent/property holder's name.
