On 11/26 I met with the crawl space contractor, Rick at the property. It was determined that he had a few options to rectify the drainage issue that causing water to enter the crawl space. He was going to discuss the options with the property owner but was more than likely going to install pipe from the existing inlet in the curbline, across the front yard to a new swale in the rear yard. This would provide more fall away from the home and provide a better place for the surface water to go.

Rick Pauly (contractor) with Evergreen Home Improvements is trying to correct a drainage problem at 2741 Jalen Ct (Woolery Farm area). The homeowner is trying to sale the home and he has been contracted to fix the issue. He gave me a drawing of the location so you can have a better understanding of the issues he's facing.
