Owner has hired exterminator to address bug infestation. Monthly treatments will be conducted until infestation is resolved.

Other: Southern winds 'hotel'. Located at 3000 S. Walnut st. Excessive bed bugs. This is a serious health hazard that the landlord has been informed of, and done nothing about. I am a social worker and believe that the infestation is causing mental and physical trauma for the residents.
