Informed constituent that line was inspected and deemed non-hazardous. Crews were to remove downed line on 12-15-14.

Other: There is a downed power inside the north entrance to Cascades. Looks like a tree fell and took the line down. The tree has been removed but the line has been down on the ground for at least a week. I assume the electricity is off but it is not safe just to leave it down on the ground. If the power was accidentally turned back on people's lives could be endangered.
