Looking into signage changes in 2015. Forwarding to Animal Control for enforcement of leash laws.

Other: I can no longer walk at Griffy Park because it has become a dog free for all. The last few times I have walked there I have encountered numerous dogs running free and dog owners who claim the dogs have a right to run free. The worst situation is when 2 or 3 dogs aggressively approach me on the trail. The city needs to enforce the dog laws.
