Martin returned my call and stated he is now able to access the city of Bloomington's webmail. He confirmed the issue has been resolved and that I could close the ticket.

I received a call back today that stated that Martin was able to access webmail.

I placed a phone call asking Martin to return my message so that I can help with getting to webmail. Hopefully he will return the call so I can close the ticket

Today I emailed Martin to share the URL for webmail at the City. I did try to explain that it appeared that he was logged into his personal gmail account and that he should first signout of the personal account before attempting to signin to the City's webmail account.
