This was a problem on Lauren's side. She was faxing from IU and needed to dial an outside line digit. She has successfully submitted the fax on 12/17/2014. I failed to close this ticket at that time
Other: I am trying to fax the required documentation to the IT department for their computer donation. However, the fax number listed on the page here http://bloomington.in.gov/computer-donation does not seem to be an actual fax number. When I dial it through the fax machine, a voice mail answers.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 35 days have already passed.
