Other: To Whom It May Concern: I live in one of the apartment complexes on Clarizz Blvd, and for the most part feel very safe. However, I feel that there is inadequate street lighting all along Clarizz Blvd, but especially from E. Covenanter drive to the intersection at E. Buick Cadillac Blvd. As you know, there are bus stops along the length of Clarizz, and during the times I walk to/from or wait for the bus at night, it can be pitch black - to the point where I can't see my hand in front of my face.
