Other: No Parking from here to corner sign is seriously needed at 304 N. Hopewell and W. Habitat St. I live at the end of Habitat St. and have to back out to Hopewell St. To leave. We have already had an accident with the people who insist on parking at the very end of Habitat St. Thus creating a hazard and contributing to accidents. We have had the police talk to them twice but they continue to park in that area. A sign would help eliminate another accident and the police would be able to ticket them if the sign is ignored. Please help as this situation has been ongoing for a year and could become a bigger problem than it is now. Thank you.
