[data cleanup] Closing date was missing and has been provided by the system as a best guess

At 2:16 I did a drive by at the property located at 1305 W. 11th St and issued two violations; weeds and trash. As you can see from the photos the owner/ resident is storing misc. construction debris and piles of stuff thought the property. I will monitor the progress of the clean-up project and give the owner 60 days to comply with the violations before I issue another violation, since it seems that it will take some to get ride of all debris. Spoke to Chris D. He is willing to work on the yard and I have never given this property a vio. Going to make it a warning. 12/11/2008 01/05/2009- Owner of the property came in. Spoke to Doris and agreed to give hime 2 weeks from today.01/20/09 Chris called to have us come out and check to see if the prop. is in compliance. I am giving this information to Norm because it is his area now.
