Other: I deliver papers in the Gentry Honors neighborhood. There may be a water line break/leak near the intersection of Fenbrook and Sara, just past the stop sign. It's near a new home construction but beside an empty lot. There is a layer of ice about 5 inches thick and covering a portion of the street to the storm drain. It appears to be coming from the grassy/wooded area but is not normal runoff from rain, I think--I've never seen that much water run and it's getting bigger by the day. Just wanted to lyk in case it's a city water issue.
