Other: At the intersection of Patterson and Rogers, the traffic signal does not allow adequate time for the north/south traffic to move through the light. At peak traffic times, I rarely get through the light without sitting through at least two red lights; frequently it takes three red lights before I get through. There is considerable North/South traffic on Rogers, but the light does not allow that traffic to move in a expeditious manner. The East/West traffic on Patterson/Grimes has more than adequate time to move through the vehicles. Can this light be adjusted to better serve the actual traffice patterns at peak traffic times?
