Other: Just a THANK YOU!! Within days of my recent report on regular Stop-sign running on eastbound Maxwell @ Highland in Elm Heights, reflector strips were placed on the Stop sign posts both directions. I think things have improved. I see people stopping now who could plainly get away with NOT. I'm hopeful. Thanks so much!!
