Other: There is a poster display area on the corner of Kirkwood and Washington (the southwest corner) that has been tagged for the second time in the past couple weeks with the same symbol

- I wouldn't say "constantly", but it has happened multiple times recently. I don't know the symbolism associated with the tag.

this graffiti is on posters from different businesses posted on a public kiosk. who should take care of it? call the venue for the poster and have them replace it, do i wait for the next poster to cover it, do i remove the poster before the regular cleaning of the kiosk? never mind, i will remove the posters
