Other: Turn arrow to go East on Second from Patterson is WAY too short. I actually timed it this morning and it is only about 5 seconds long. Because the first car has to sit so far back in the intersection, by the time the first car gets completely through the intersection the arrow is already yellow. The third and fourth car must run it on red. This is too short for folks traveling to the hospital for work and to doctor's offices in that area especially in the morning.
