Other: the corner of normandale blvd & old Shakopee rd. the left turn go arrow don't come on correctly (when facing west and trying to turn south). I have contacted the police about this issue but so far no change. in the middle of the night it doesn't work at all and during the day sometimes it works properly and sometimes it doesn't. their used to be a "trip switch" that would go off and change the red arrow to green but that is not working in the middle of the night at all. please call. thank you.
