Other: I live at Campus Court apartments at 2036 N Walnut Street. Behind the "F" building, there is a narrow lane connecting the parking lots, and the curb is designated as a fire lane. There are two individuals who park in the lane, every single weekday, from approximately 6pm to midnight. I have spoken to them in person and asked them not to park in the fire lane, but they return every day. The apartment management is also aware of this problem. I was hoping that the cars could be towed or cited for parking in a fire lane. Thank you!
