CBU has checked on this complaint more than once. The water is coming from a customers sump pump located about 15 feet from the fire hydrant. I called the customer to notify her.

Other: This is probably a Utilities issue, but I cannot find a place to make a report to them (online). Recently, there is a big THICK ICE patch that develops on the street at the corner of Maxwell and Woodlawn, whenever the temp. is below freezing. It is on the east side of Woodlawn at the SE corner of that intersection. (There is a fire hydrant at that location.) Pretty sure there is water leaking from somewhere underground onto the street.
