Other: This past weekend, I parked my bike in the racks in front of the Trojan Horse on Kirkwood. When I came out a couple hours later, my bike was covered in bird poop. I'm assuming it's from the crows. Is there anything the city can do to help with this? Maybe something similar to what was done with the parking meters to cover them from droppings. Even a sign that suggests: "park at your own risk or you'll have a mess to clean up later" would be better than nothing.
