There is not pathway connection to the trail at this location. It's a dead end street. Street Dept. pushed snow to this location. Not sure what else could be done.

Dana, I don't see how this could be done any differently, The complaint addresses the dead end section of W Hillside Dr. that ends in the parking lot just prior to the b-line trail.
