Other: At the intersection of 10th and Union Streets, on the east side of the intersection, the Walk/Don't Walk sign is stuck on the Don't Walk symbol. Even when the light for motorized vehicles changes and when the button is pushed on the pole for the traffic lights, the Don't Walk symbol never goes away.---Thanks very much--Kirk Lundy
