Traffic Signals:
Other: For several days, it has been impossible to activate the pedestrian walk signals for the crosswalk across 10th St on the west side of the 10th and Jordan intersection. After pressing the button on either side of the crosswalk, the Walk signal never activates through multiple cycles. The small red lights above the buttons remain illuminated.
