Other: At Butler Park 9th St. when sledding down the hill from the restroom/shelter area there is a tree in the middle of the run which creates a hazard. Many children have crashed into the tree. Please respond to discuss. Hoping for the tree to be removed.

Thank you for your uReport comment. We don't think removing a perfectly healthy tree that provides shade in the summer to park users is warranted for the few times in the winter that sledding is an option at Butler Park. We hope that you understand that there are inherent risks in sledding and there is not a dedicated or defined area for sledding to occur in Butler Park or any other park for that matter. Enjoy what is left of the snow. It appears that spring weather is coming next week!
