Other: Sidewalk in front of Elks property on N. Walnut has deteriorated in a dangerous manner (especially in front of Elks Parking lot). This has been going on for 2 years and there is almost no solid concrete left in 2 sidewalk squares. However, large chunks remain loose and are a serious tripping hazard.
