Phone Call: Mr. Meetz called on 3/19/15 to report a damaged storm pipe that has separated and is starting to slide down into a drainage ditch. Also, a hole has formed in their yard over the pipe.

I visited the site and spoke with Mr Meetz. It is a 21" RCP pipe between his house and 603 N Plymouth Dr and the last section has separated. I also saw the hole in the yard. I told him I would have our storm supt. look and it and determine what repairs could be made.
