Other: I reported this streetlight outage July 24, 2014 to Duke Energy. Despite repeated followup calls on my part, and some trucks / people coming to the neighborhood, it remains out. Can you please make them fix it? I don't have the time and energy to continue calling and being put on hold / being told I would get a call back and then people leaving message with no callback info... I'm fed up (and in the dark). I understand some delays but this is beyond reasonable. Original report is attached.
