Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Fess Ave. between 7th St. and 8th St. is in dire need of repair. There are giant craters, particularly where Fess T's into 7th, and a strip running down the middle of the avenue, where the brick has been destroyed and a rocky/bumpy underlayer is exposed.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 6 days have already passed.
