Other: The timer on the left turn signal to turn east onto Tapp road at the intersection of Tapp and 37 is malfunctioning. The length of time that the turn light is green is only allowing four cars per cycle to turn left. This is causing a backup greater than the length of the turn lane resulting in a traffic hazard.
