Drainage or Runoff: Question
Phone Call: Mr Kamen called yesterday afternoon to report his company (Bryan Rental) is working on the home at this address and he is concerned about drainage in the back yard. He knows there is a storm pipe running through the side yard and opens at the railroad ditch but it doesn't seem to go anywhere after that.

I emailed a GIS map to Mr Kamen and gave him the web site for The Indiana Rail Road. He responded with a thanks and said he would contact the rail road.

I spoke with Mr Kamen late yesterday afternoon and told him our GIS mapping shows an 18" pipe under the rail bed but I explained to him this would be the railroad's responsibility, not the City's. He asked for a copy of the map and a contact for The Indiana Rail Road.
