Other: The event will be detailed as offered to dispatch and responding officers in accordance with IC 35-45-1-3 and 35-45-2-1. I now know the specifics to the means of the initial report. It was also annoying of the patrons from the bus. The report to Monroe County dispatch happened around 1040p on 20150422. The incident occurred at 1027p on 20150422.
