Other: The path that runs along 10th street has no lighting from Stonebelt and beyond. The path is used by students and residents at all hours of the day, and at night the area is pitch black. The lights of the vehicles passing make it more impossible to see where you are going and your surroundings once night falls. I know that 10th Street at this point is owned by the state, but is it possible for the City to get lights set up on the walking path? I would feel much safer if this area was better lit.
