I have taken many of them out-but you need serious arborist or botanist to adress problem. The naturalist, at Brown County may be able to help you PLEASE your parks are one of the best parts of Btown-don't let these insects get out of control, you will live to regret it when your trees start dying-Emerald Ash Borer ring any recent threats to forestry concern with your thought processes. I would be willing to help, but might be limited-depends on your attitude. Peace, love, love the parks and the people that frequent them, they are actually Bloomington's biggest asset
