Other: a kickball league appears to be playing at Olcott Park. that's great. the problem is they are parking on the grass along the road inside the park despite the fact that the parking lot is nearly empty. there "no parking" signs that should be enforced. the cars are parked there this afternoon--Sunday at 1:50 pm.

Site supervisor will continue to check for unauthorized parking when events are scheduled. No way to contact constituent as there was no contact information.
