Area will be repaired, area not just a pothole has to be execavated and repaired; I tried to notify citizen no answer.

Other: road has been torn up real bad during the winter with large craters in the middle of cul-de-sac of cutter court. Called in yesterday and was told road will be fixed today, but has not happened.
