Other: 1) There is a large amount of debris from lawn clippings, downed branches, and other general sticks and brush overgrowth collecting along the west side of the alley between 1424 S Walnut and 1423 S Monon Drive. The debris and overgrown brush along the west side has become so bad it is destroying and collapsing the fence along my back yard (1423 South Monon Drive) and also has become a nesting area for animals. 2) There is also a lot of loose large gravel chunks in the road and on the sidewalks along the 100-172 West Hillside Drive block, left over from winter ploughing that is dangerous to vehicle tires and threatening to clog the storm drain at the corner of South Monon and West Hillside.
