Other: As an IU student who lived off campus this past year, I often felt unsafe in several parts of Bloomington because it was so dark. I strongly urge for the city of Bloomington to install lights on not only street corners but in the middle of streets. My neighbors house was broken into and that could have been avoided by the simple addition of a street light. My house was on a 10th street but even one street in was completely unlit. It is a serious safety concern for all citizens.
