Excessive Growth:
Other: 1111 S. Washington front yard so overgrown strollers and wheelchairs cannot get over weeds that have fallen onto public sidewalk. Also may attract snakes, rodents, and other unwanted wildlife. Heightened allergy issues for neighbors, especially children.
