This appears to be caused by a pavement overlay. The driveway has a depressed curb to keep the water in the gutterline but with the pavement overlay its coming into the driveway and ponding over the sidewalk. The address is 721 Eastside, northeast corner of the intersection.

Phil, this came to me, and I'm re-assigning to you. Citizen submitted 2 reports; first one had his name indicated, JE Davis, but the link to the map didn't come through. He submitted this second report adding the location address. I'm closing out the first report and will note this 2nd report.
