This is an old sidewalk that has deteriorated over time. This will be a capitol project completed by Street Dept.

Bill Williams, County Highway Department, confirmed the City has ROW 25ft from the center-line in that area. Marty Hawk indicated that a contractor or adjacent property owner had damaged the sidewalk.
