Other: The front yard of 207 E. 12th is PERPETUALLY neglected. Right now it's the grass that's too long. In the winter it's the sidewalks covered with snow. Also, the front steps to the porch are at a dangerous angle and should be reset if this property is allowed to be rented. Lastly, there's a couch on the porch that should be removed.
