Owner called me yesterday about signage issue. He removed signs in question.

Other: Large "For Rent" banners are draped in front of 401 E. Cottage Grove and 308 E. Cottage Grove. Both properties are managed by "Jamar Properties" and owned by the same individual. I phoned them to ask they be taken down but the woman did not seem to understand what I was talking about.
